What is a Service Pack?
 Service Pack offers unlimited mobility plans for data, voice and SMS calls at a subscription rate as low as RM59 per month (excluding 6% service tax).
 The package was launched in 2018 to teachers and staff under the DG graduated Ministry of Education (MOE), members of the National Institute of Teaching Services (NUTP), the Malaysian Armed Forces, the Malaysian Armed Forces Veterans and the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM).
