What is a Service Pack?
The package was launched in 2018 to teachers and staff under the DG graduated Ministry of Education (MOE), members of the National Institute of Teaching Services (NUTP), the Malaysian Armed Forces, the Malaysian Armed Forces Veterans and the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM).
The package will then be open to all STATE and CONTRACT state employees who work with the Federal Government and the State Government, including members of the Malaysian Armed Forces Veteran, provided they use the Band 5 telephone model as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

This notification is to set the Access Point Name (APN) to unifi in the phone settings. If you did not receive the notification, you can set the APN to “unifi” manually.

You may also be subject to service suspension if found using a SIM to make calls over 2000 minutes or / and use up to 5GB of mobile data (at any time of the month) using a phone model other than the Band 5 model.
If you do not use a 5 band phone, you will not be able to enjoy the best 4G experience.
